It was the second time I was fortunate enough to take this beautiful family’s photos.  And they are all beautiful !  One of the best looking families I have ever seen!  In fact I think they should all start modeling – well at least for me, I would like to keep the photographing pleasure of this gorgeous family all to myself  😉  Not only are they stunning, but they are so very sweet.  Despite the busy day they had planned for Paulo’s first birthday and baptism, mom and dad were cool as cucumbers – even with all of the family visiting from far far away!

I think mom and dad are going to have their hands full with these cuties 😉

It is always such a treat to work with your family and I truly look forward to our next session already.  It is a pleasure seeing your two beauties grow!

Here is just a little teaser …

What a beautiful family. The little manly man with his hat on and such a lovely little girl with those fabulous curls – they are both too cute. Great photos!

Krista & Ted | Married !

As Krista and Ted are still off exploring all the wonders that Greece and Turkey have to offer, I figured I should update them with some more teaser photos to give them a bit more of a taste until they get home.

This wedding is definitely a favourite of mine.  Combine the truly magnificent Overybury Resort on Thetis Island, with perfect weather, the most relaxed bride and groom, and lots of fun family and friends and this together equals some serious wedding good times!  This was an event full of personal touches – from the fans and bubbles given to guests as they watched the ceremony in the sunshine, to the sentimental vows they had written for eachother (which brought me to tears more than once!), it was really an event to remember.

Darren and I are looking forward to getting together with Krista and Ted when they get back to hear all about their travel adventures.

See you soon guys!

I am a Ms. soon to be a Mrs.

In 3 DAYS I will be a married woman … 3 DAYS !!!  Technically almost 2.5.  I am taking a slight blogging break and will be back in full force in about a week.  I have been busy, really busy.  Not just with my own wedding, but with other fabulous weddings and fun lifestyle sessions.

Thanks for baring with me.

As any post would be naked without a picture here is me and my handsome hubby to be.

Quickest three days of your life upcoming or what! Congratulations, Kim – we’re all eager for you, and hope you’ll share some images from your day! You guys are such a good looking couple!

How exciting! I wish you all of the best as you join together in marriage.

I look foward to seeing your photos! Enjoy the moments leading up to the big day.

On your wedding day, take five minutes to sit down at the table, look around, and take the moments in…I did that 11 years ago. And I can still picture it in my mind. Make lots of memories.

Good luck 😀

Breanna {Graduate}

Bre’s mom Denise contacted about snapping some portraits of her and her two gorgeous daughters in order to document Bre’s graduation day.  Denise is a long-time friend of my mom’s and I have known these girls since they were very little.  Made me feel a bit old actually seeing how grown up they’ve become!

For their session we were fortunate enough to borrow their neighbours beautiful vintage Ford, which we parked on their front lawn as an amazing ‘prop’.  I have a serious love for old vehicles, so this was right up my alley!

In about two seconds you’ll scroll down and see how freakishly good looking this family is … see, I told ya !!
