Canon R5 II: The Industry Standard

- Why It’s Great: The Canon R5 II has the highest megapixel density of any Canon camera right now along with really good high ISO output and autofocus performance that has improved with firmware updates.
- What Makes it Unique: The honest truth is that there isn’t anything that makes the Canon R5 II really unique for photographers. In fact, it’s mostly the same camera as its predecessor. It’s really the industry standard at this point.

Nikon Z6 III: The Low Megapixel Ruler

- Why It’s Great: The Nikon Z6 III is more or less the Z8 and Z9 but with a lower megapixel count and a traditional shutter. In talks amongst the staff, we even think that it’s overkill for most photographers.
- What Makes it Unique: The Nikon Z6 III is one of the first cameras that makes content credentials possible, therefore protecting professional photographers against major problems with AI when possible and if used correctly. Leica has been one of the only other brands to not add in extra charges and hidden fees. But for the moment as of writing this article, Nikon isn’t trying to do that.

Leica SL3: For the Photojournalist

- Why It’s Great: The Leica SL3 is one of the most durable full-frame cameras on the market while also giving photographers top tier image quality.
- What Makes it Unique: The 60MP sensor in many full-frame cameras doesn’t autofocus all that well. But Leica did some tweaks to the autofocus in the SL3 and it focuses so incredibly well. Hasselblad X2D II: The Best Medium Format Camera

- Why It’s Great: The Hasselblad X2D II has to be the single best medium format camera out on the market right now for so many reasons. There’s an excellent and easy to use interface, and the autofocus is unlike anything else.
- What Makes it Unique: The big thing about the X2D II is the fact that LiDAR autofocus was added. So that means that it’s both better and faster than all the other medium format cameras out there. And in many ways, it even outperforms many full-frame cameras.
