Derek has been a fantastic friend of mine since grade 8. He has too many amazing characteristics to list, but he is definitely one of the kindest and smartest people I have ever met and he has been such an incredible friend to me over the years. Someone I can always count on.
It’s rare to meet people who are so incredibly well rounded. And upon meeting his lovely wife-to-be, Karine, it is clear that he has met his match. She is so lovely and brilliant and shares the same positive attitude and drive for success as Derek. They are a team in so many ways. I am so excited to see what the world holds for them.
The first time Derek told me about Karine, I knew she was the one for him. I just knew. I had never heard him speak of someone the way he spoke of her. The happiness in his voice was so sweet. I am just so thrilled they found each other.
It meant so much to me that they asked me to be their wedding photographer. I can’t wait for their fabulous Whistler wedding!
